If you are unsure if your shoes are suitable for resoling or you would like a quote for repair, please email us at info@duckfeet.com.au with some pictures of your shoes so we can assess them.

You will receive an email after you checkout with instructions of where to post your shoes and any other requirements.

Resoling takes approximately 5-6 weeks from the date we receive your Duckfeet. On occasion this time frame can be extended due to an influx of resole orders or the complexity of the job. During the month of January our resole team will be on leave until the last week of the month, please keep this in mind when sending shoes towards the end of the year.

PLEASE NOTE: All shoes will be assessed on their suitability once received. Extra charges may incur if your shoes need extra attention.

Resolve my green ducks

My resoled green ducks are rejuvenated and renewed, renovated and reborn. I'm in love with them and so pleased they've come home for more years wear.
Also Ziggy was pretty thrilled with the box, thanks.

Keepin' shoes kickin'

The best part of duckfeet, besides the wide feet, comfy leather, suave style, and public compliments, is that you can give them a whole new life over and over again through the resole. The process was quick and easy (though, I think it could be helpful to send a confirmation of receiving the shoes...) and they were returned with the same worn in style but with fresh bottoms!

New lease of life for Sjaellands

My plum coloured Sjaellands were long overdue for a resole, but I didn’t want them to be away for too long. I needn’t have worried about it as the turnaround was only about three weeks! And they look beautiful.

I’m very happy with my recently resoled boots. It wasn’t a cheap venture, but now they’re almost, almost as good as new. I made the right decision.

My resole has come adrift

I have worn my green mols briefly once after the resole and the new sole is separating at the toe area. I'm disappointed. They are my oldest and most fav pair even though I have two newer pairs of duckfeet that I also love.

Duckfeet Live Again!

I waited too long to have my Duckfeet resoled … I could not bear to be without them but it became desperate so a few weeks before Christmas, I sent them off thinking I wouldn’t see them for 6 weeks. Excellent communication from the team and excellent service saw them back in 3 weeks. Ever since I bought my first pair of Duckfeet I have used them everyday and I also have 3 pairs of slightly different pairs.

Thanks for a brilliant job. My favourite shoes are as good as new. These shoes go everywhere many times a week and have done so for more than 7 years and now they are ready for another 7. A wonderful service and attention to detail also fixing some loose stitching.

Soul replacement

what a fantastic option it was to be able to have my most favorite pair of Duck feet shoes resoled after 3 years of almost daily wear and 2 overseas walking trips in them. The process was so easy and painless. I have received my
shoes back and they look like new again, so happy.

Best boots ever!!!

I have 3 pairs of duck feet shoes , I love them all!
I find it really difficult to send them off for resoles as they are literally part of me. The only shoes I wear! I just got my old boots back from a resole, they are like walking on clouds!
