If you are unsure if your shoes are suitable for resoling or you would like a quote for repair, please email us at info@duckfeet.com.au with some pictures of your shoes so we can assess them.

You will receive an email after you checkout with instructions of where to post your shoes and any other requirements.
Resoling takes approximately 5-6 weeks from the date we receive your Duckfeet. On occasion this time frame can be extended due to; an influx of resole orders or the complexity of the job. During the month of January our resole team will be on leave until the last week of the month, please keep this in mind when sending shoes towards the end of the year.
PLEASE NOTE: All shoes will be assessed on their suitability once received. Extra charges may incur if your shoes need extra attention.

At Duckfeet, we celebrate the notion that well-made products improve with age, and we believe taking the time to care for things you love is good for the soul. If you care for your shoes regularly, you will enjoy them longer. Your shoes, wallet, and the planet will be grateful for it.
Taking pride in and caring for the things we own helps minimise waste by ensuring our belongings stay with us longer. We’ve seen customers who have had their Duckfeet going on 20 years. Duckfeet are durable, meaning your shoes wear in, instead of wearing out, though a little bit of love goes a long way in keeping them in good condition.
We recommend that you apply a thin layer of Duckfeet leather care at regular intervals, about once a month. Don’t use too much at one time. It’s better to use a little less a bit more often. Let the cream sit a few minutes and polish afterwards with a soft cloth.
Use a shoehorn when you put your shoes on – they are easier to get on and the back will not be destroyed. Untie or unzip the shoes or boots completely when you remove them – so they are easier to pull off. It’s better for the shoes than trampling on them!
Crepe rubber soles can become firm when stored at low temperatures. We recommend storing your shoes out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 20-25C. If the soles become hard, you can place the shoes on a warm radiator, until the crepe rubber is soft again.
Avoid contact with solvents, the rubber cannot tolerate it and can dissolve. Also avoid storing them in direct sunlight or exposure to prolonged, excessive exposure to heat, such as in your car during a heatwave and this can also cause the soles to become soft and tacky. If this does happen, we recommend a resole to rectify an issue.
Store your shoes in a dry and airy place. If your shoes become wet, fill them with crumpled newspaper and let them air-dry. When they are completely dried, you can again apply leather conditioner or shoe cream. Leather shoes should not be dried on a radiator – the leather becomes dried out and porous.
If the leather gets water stains, take a cloth and make the whole shoe slightly damp. Treat the leather afterwards as described above. It is best to change your shoes daily. Give your Duckfeet a day’s rest, so they can release the foot’s moisture and dry thoroughly.
If the shoes get dirty, clean them with a damp cloth. Let the shoes dry thoroughly and treat the leather again with shoe cream or leather conditioner. Be attentive to edges and seams, which should also be treated to maintain the leather and protect your shoes against water.
Most of our styles can be resoled, you can purchase a resole from us when required.
Change of mind or size swap returns
All returns/exchanges must have been purchased at full price within the last 30 days and returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition (ie. not worn outside or for long periods).
Please return the shoes/boots/sandals with the paper in between the shoes in the box as it was when you received them. Please also include a note with your details and letting us know the reason for the return (eg. size swap, different style/colour request or refund).
If the product shows any signs of wear or damage (such as soiling on the soles or significant marks/creasing on the leather), we cannot resell them and the return will not be accepted. We recommend trying your Duckfeet on a clean and/or carpeted surface to be sure of your size before wearing them outside or for any length of time.
Before sending back your shoes, please complete this Returns and Exchange Form.
Upon receipt of your returned products, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods (minus shipping) providing they meet the conditions for return. Please do not write or use tape on the product box as this is considered part of the product. All returns for change of size or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer, however, exchanged goods will be sent back free of charge.
Discounted and Sale Items
Items that are not purchased at full price are eligible for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange only for change of mind.
Faulty goods
If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the 30 day return period or if your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn please contact us.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate. We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.
Return and Exchange Postage
All returns for change of size or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer. We will cover the postage for a second pair of shoes to be posted out to you after you have returned them and require you to cover any subsequent postage for returns.
Item Condition
Items may be ex-floor stock with slight marking on soles or uppers. Shoes have not been worn for any length of time and will not affect the fit, wear or longevity of shoes purchased.

I have worn my Duckfeet to work 3 days now and recieved sooo many compliments on them! Most saying they r so cute. I was sick of wearing white or black leather shoes that just squash my toes in so took a chance and I’m so glad I did. Still adjusting to the flat sole but I may invest in the insoles eventually for a bit of arch support. We will see.
These are actually for my birthday on 10th December. But when they arrived I sneakily did a try on 🤭 Love them & can't wait to wear them❤️ I'll be certainly tagging you on Instagram when I do 🙌
I have been wearing Duckfeet for the past 12 years and have never had better footwear. So beautifully made with quality materials, great style and wonderful comfort. I’m so pleased with them and wear them on an every single day basis. I can walk further in them than in any other shoes. The style is timeless which is good because they last a long time, even with lots of use. I will definitely keep buying Duckfeet!
My second pair of duckfeet so I knew the size would be ok, when putting on the boots the first time I had a moment of panic that they wouldn't fit but after daily wear (just sitting at the computer, not walking around) and a couple of leather conditioner applications they feel like I could walk all day in them after only a week. Love these shoes!

I have several shoes of various ages and love them all. They become friends, comfortable and reliable. Currently I am wearing a pair travelling around India for six months. I find them suitable for all the occasions I am in and have recently undertaken a couple of day treks in quite rugged conditions, in comfort. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have literally worn my duckfeet (GRENA) everyday since they arrived. My feet are always cold and when I moved to a cooler climate I was noticing it more, even when wearing wool socks. I haven’t really noticed my feet since wearing my duckfeet (GRENA) . My feet are warm, the duckfeet (GRENA) are comfortable, and they look ok for work. I even wore them with a dress, but I’m not certain they’ll work with every dress. ;)
I was surprised that the leather was pebbled, I think I'd prefer a smooth leather, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I will definitely buy another pair when I wear these out!
(I also purchased a pair of duckfeet wool insoles for my other shoes - haven’t tried them yet, but am expecting great things.)
I've been thrashing my Duckfeet for over two months now. On footpaths, roads, and hiking trails, beaches, ice and snow...and they just continue to satisfy. No matter if the temps are -19º or 17º they keep my feet so dry and warm.

I received my green Lolland’s today and I love them! I had to exchange for a smaller size and the staff were so helpful. So comfortable straight out of the box. Don’t want to take them off.
