Change of mind or size swap returns

All returns/exchanges must have been purchased at full price within the last 30 days and returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition (ie. not worn outside or for long periods).

There is no restocking fee for an orders first exchange. From the second exchange onwards a $15 restocking fee will be applied for each exchange.

Please return the shoes/boots/sandals with the paper in between the shoes in the box as it was when you received them. Please also include a note with your details and letting us know the reason for the return (eg. size swap, different style/colour request or refund).

If the product shows any signs of wear or damage (such as soiling on the soles or significant marks/creasing on the leather), we cannot resell them and the return will not be accepted. We recommend trying your Duckfeet on a clean and/or carpeted surface to be sure of your size before wearing them outside or for any length of time.

Before sending back your shoes, please complete this Returns and Exchange Form.

Upon receipt of your returned products, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods (minus shipping) providing they meet the conditions for return. Please do not write or use tape on the product box as this is considered part of the product. All returns for change of size or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer, however, exchanged goods will be sent back free of charge.

Discounted and Sale Items
Items that are not purchased at full price (excluding final sale items) are eligible for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange only for change of mind including fit.

Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refunds for change of mind including fit. Please consider your purchase carefully.

Faulty goods
If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the 30 day return period or if your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn please contact us.

If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate. We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.

Return and Exchange Postage
All returns for change of size or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer. We will cover the postage for a second pair of shoes to be posted out to you after you have returned them and require you to cover any subsequent postage for returns in the form of a $15 restocking fee per exchange, from the second exchange onwards.

Item Condition
Items may be ex-floor stock with slight marking on soles or uppers. Shoes have not been worn for any length of time and will not affect the fit, wear or longevity of shoes purchased.
