I have tried to contact customer service but received NO response at all. The Blavand are just not made for my narrow feet. I tried the wool insoles but it did nothing to change the shoes literally falling off of my feet when I walk. Yes I am past the 30 days because I kept trying them on and trying to love them, but I feel like I wasted a huge amount of money and now I don’t have any shoes for winter. The shoes are exactly as they arrived and I would settle for a store credit even! Please don’t let this be such a bad customer experience and my lasting impression of your company.
I loved my duck feet shoes - good looking and super comfortable. My husband loved them so much I bought the matching pair for him as a special surprise - he was delighted
These have barely left my feet since their arrival. Brilliant to have all black including soles and stitching for when this is needed.
