Danish Duckfeet are shoes and boots that are simply constructed from few components and materials, but these materials are handpicked for their quality, durability and environmental friendliness. The top-grade, strong leather we use for all our shoes is produced in Scandinavia, and is of an exclusive quality. The tanning is carried out as carefully and consciously as possible, using a mix of vegetable and traditional tanning methods. This gentle treatment means that the leather retains its small original differences, which gives it a lively, varied surface.
The crepe rubber, which is used for the outer sole, is likewise a natural product that is extracted in the tropics and is further processed into shoe soles here in Europe. The fur, which is used in our winter boots and shoes, is 100% new European sheep’s wool.
At Duckfeet we believe that by producing a product that lasts for a long, long time, we will produce fewer products overall, thereby using less of nature’s resources.
