Policies
Shipping
Duckfeet Australia is pleased to offer free shipping Australia-wide. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of stock items. For special orders we will provide a non-binding delivery date upon request.
Returns
Duckfeet Australia ask that shoes are checked upon receipt. If there is any fault we ask that you contact us by phone or email within 10 days of receipt. Where the shoes are not to your satisfaction we offer a full refund on the cost of the shoes, this does not include shipping. In order to receive a full refund, shoes need to be in an unused condition with tags still in place, and need to be returned in their box.
Privacy
At Duckfeet Australia we value your privacy. We will not sell, misuse or otherwise abuse the trust that you place in us when you provide us with your details.
Any and all information collected – including membership forms or email lists – at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give to us will be held, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
We maintain several email lists to keep subscribers informed about areas of specific interest. Individuals must request to join our mailing lists by signing up through our website. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.

When you email us or send other electronic communications you agree that we may communicate with you by email or postings on this site.
Warranty
Thank you for buying a Duckfeet Australia product. We are proud of our choice of materials, accessories and workmanship. We offer a twelve (12) month warranty.
Duckfeet Australia warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it without charge.
You may not qualify for warranty replacement or repair if your shoes are affected by accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration. This warranty also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
If the product is found to be defective, Duckfeet Australia’s only obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the Duckfeet product. Duckfeet Australia shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
All returns must be sent to Duckfeet Australia at the purchaser’s expense. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your product.
To make a claim, contact info@duckfeet.com.au and we will attend to it as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the shoes according to this warranty, we will repair or replace the shoes with the same or a similar product to the same value as the original.
Please note that proof of purchase must be provided to make a warranty claim. Except for the express warranty stated above, Duckfeet Australia makes no other warranties with respect to the product, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
